Metric are without doubt market leaders in the field payment terminals for ANPR systems. Since 2003, when Metric were contacted by representatives from Transport for London and Capita to instigate a payment system for the London Congestion Charge, Metric have been rolling out machines throughout the UK linked to camera enforcement systems in supermarket, leisure and hotel establishments.

 

Our development work began in 2002 with software for a new keypad and credit card wall mounted machine. We adapted our state of the art Accent ticket machine to alpha numeric characters, as the whole vehicle registration was required during the purchase.

 

This development was enhanced further with the Aura machine and has become the machine of choice for our ANPR partners and customers.

 

Camera enforcement is very effective and efficient 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.  The Accent or Aura machine is the perfect partner for the payment system.
