Metric Group provide installation, repair and preventative maintenance services for on street and off street pay and display and pay on foot applications for a large number of local authorities, NHS Trusts, Train Operators, academic institutions and private parking companies throughout the United Kingdom. Over the past thirty years, the Product Support Department has established a reputation of providing high quality service to its customers.

 

The foundation stone of this service is the Field Service engineer.

 

Each engineer has the backing of the Product Support engineering team consisting of:-               

  • Support Managers
  • Fellow Field Service Engineers
  • Customer/Technical Support Engineers
  • Systems Support Engineers

 

In addition to the Product Support Management team consisting of:-

  • Customer Service Manager
  • Service Support Manager
  • Contracts Manager
  • Technical Support Manager

The Development & Systems teams provide direct support for the WEB ASLAN back office system, working closely with Product Support Staff.
