Metric are pleased to announce that Matt Hammond has become Metric’s New Technical QA Manager.
This is a critical role for the business and Matt is now the “gate Keeper” for new products, software upgrades and any new parts being released to both Internal and External customers.
Matt joined Metric Group in 2006 as a Field Service Engineer and spent the next 6 years gaining experience on all of Metric’s Products.
He then joined the Technical support team as Engineer and then was promoted to Senior Product Specialist in 2017 and has become a valuable member of the Metric team, working closely with R&D and our customers to design and implement innovative solutions to our customers problems.
Over the last 6 years he has worked very closely with national and international customers, so he understands the complexity of their requirements.
This experience will be invaluable in his role as Technical/QA Manager as he can pass on his unique experience to the Development and Production teams.
