Metric Service is changing into our Customer Experience team. The team is evolving into two functional areas of customer support, Client Services, and Service Operations which is going live this month.

Client Services are office based at our company HQ.  Functions include call centre, order process, and all general customer inquiries.

The team is headed up by our new Client Service Manager, Molly Rudman. Molly joined us at the beginning of May and is already hard at work developing her team into something quite special.

The other team will be headed up by a new Service Operations Manager. We will announce more on this in the very near future.
