Pay360 Access Group (Capita) are changing a security certificate to process card payments from your Metric machines, Metric are therefore having to make a change to your configuration files to enable this new security certificate.
Due to the short notice security change made by Pay360 this will impact the service from 25th April from 6am until the new configuration files can be installed.
Metric are continuing to fully support our customers during this time and are updating the machines as required both through remote download and engineer visits as required.
We aim to have the certificate in place today.
